Refund policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions below.

1. Return Period

EU customers have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery (EU Consumer Rights Directive). 
International customers may also return items within 14 days.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be:

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • complete

There are no product exclusions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We do not offer free returns.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time:

  • 3–7 business days after approval

  • Your bank/card provider may require additional time

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with:

  • order number

  • photos of item & packaging

  • description of the issue

8. Non-Returnable Items

None. All items may be returned if unused.
