We ship all orders from Austria and deliver internationally using Österreichische Post.

Customers from outside the EU are responsible for import duties and taxes.

4. Tracking

Tracking availability varies by country.
If available, a tracking link is emailed upon shipment.

5. Delivery Issues

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible.
If returned to us, reshipping requires new shipping payment.

A shipment is considered lost after:

• 30 business days (EU)

• 45 business days (non-EU)
